Right of Withdrawal for Service Contracts

No right of withdrawal applies. In accordance with Article L.121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, LICENCESINFO undertakes—unless otherwise expressly stated in its commercial documents—to deliver software within a maximum of 48 working hours after the order. Software is available for immediate download.

In compliance with Article L.121-84-3 of the French Consumer Code, customers can track the progress of their order via the email provided at checkout or through our platform by entering their order number and clicking on “View”.

In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, customers are informed that they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal, which they expressly waive upon delivery of the software, once an activation request has been made using the product license key.

The same applies if a service contract is subscribed to and its execution begins immediately upon activation of the software, which occurs simultaneously and automatically during installation.

This also applies once the full software has been downloaded online.
