Right of withdrawal
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. In accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, DA LICENCES undertakes to deliver the software within a maximum of 48 working hours after the order, unless otherwise specified on our commercial documents. The software can be downloaded immediately. In accordance with Article L. 121-84-3 of the Consumer Code, the customer can track the progress of their order by using the email address they provided at checkout on our site or platform, by entering their order number and clicking on "View". In accordance with Article L. 121-20.2 of the Consumer Code, the customer is informed that they expressly waive their right of withdrawal upon delivery of the software, whether when they or one of their employees requests activation using the product license number, when a service contract is subscribed to and its execution begins immediately after the software activation (which is concomitant and automatic with its installation), or when complete software is downloaded from the Internet.
