Our refund policy states that order cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed. DA LICENCES undertakes to respect the delivery times for software, which are available for download within 2 business hours. The buyer is kept informed of the status of their order by email and can track its progress in real time. We remind you that, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the purchase of downloadable software implies a waiver of the right of withdrawal after delivery or activation of the product.
